Broomfield, Colorado welcomes a new set of apartments into the community: Flatiron Flats. Located at the intersection of Northwest Parkway and Via Varra Avenue on the northwest side of Denver, the new complex features another choice of comfortable living for young professionals and starting families.

Construction began back in 2023 and has since brought 296 apartments to life, as well as a selection of standalone townhouses with built-in garage spaces. Amenities for incoming renters include a clubhouse, swimming pool, 24/7 fitness center, a selection of indoor and outdoor lounges and a pet spa for any furry friends in the picture.

Prices for the units range between $1,855 to $1,880 per month for a studio apartment to between $2,958 to $2,983 per month for a 1,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom corner home. Flex payments are also an option for those interested.

“Our ‘newness’ is something that makes us stand out,” said leasing agent Karel Duarte. “We want to create a space where residents feel at home.”

Businesses in the area are looking forward to the new residents, as there are hopes of bringing more business to the region. Mari Ann James, owner and operator of the nearby family-owned The Park Wine & Spirits, has seen the construction of multiple other apartment buildings in the area, including Cortland Flatirons, Vantage Pointe Apartments, and Terracina, to name a few. She is especially hoping to see some new faces walk through her doors.

“Foot traffic should increase, that’s what we’re anticipating and that’s what we’re hoping for,” said James. “Since we are in walking distance, we are definitely seeing it as a positive and are excited to welcome the new residents.”

James plans to advertise to the newcomers her weekly free tastings every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4-7p.m., as well as free delivery for online orders.

Flatiron Flats is currently offering year-long leasing options amidst adding the final touches, welcoming new residents looking for a new place to call home.
